You will also investigate common mental health conditions that affect children and young people.
In this unit you will investigate the impact of mental health concerns on children, young people and others.
You will also understand the importance of diagnosis and the reasons why there may be a reluctance to seek a diagnosis.
In this unit, you will understand the support available for children and young people’s mental health.
You will investigate a person-centred approach, mental health promotion, and the services and treatment available.
The free course is designed to empower you with new skills, knowledge, and self-confidence.
Your level 2 NCFE certificate is your record of achievement for completing the nationally recognised qualification.
